The Trucking Job: The Road is Yours to Command
Do you feel the pull of the highway—the promise of freedom, grit, and purpose? Then The Trucking Job welcomes you to a life where every haul tells a story, and every mile builds your legacy.
Your journey begins at one of three freight depots, each marked by a white crate icon on your map. These hubs are your entry point into the logistics network, where contracts await and trucks stand ready.
As a new driver, you’ll start with short-distance deliveries, limited to 6 kilometers. These initial runs are designed to help you get familiar with your rig and the rhythm of the road. Load up, plan your route, and drive with care—efficiency and professionalism are key.
Once your delivery is complete, return your truck to any of the nearest depots. This ensures proper handoff, maintains fleet integrity, and keeps your reputation with dispatch in good standing.
As you prove your reliability and skill, longer and more rewarding routes will become available, unlocking new challenges and greater pay.
This isn’t just a job—it’s a lifestyle.

Maximizing Your Income: Tips for Aspiring Haulers
Whether you’re just starting out or looking to fine-tune your trucking career, here are some insider tips to help you earn more and drive smarter:
1. Invest in Distance Traveled First
Your first priority should be upgrading your Distance Traveled skill. Longer hauls mean bigger payouts, and this skill directly increases the range of jobs you can accept. The farther you go, the more you earn—simple as that.
2. Prioritize Bonus-Boosting Skills
Once you’ve extended your range, focus on skills that offer per-level income bonuses:
- Valuable Cargo – Haul high-value goods for premium pay.
- Fragile Cargo – Handle delicate shipments with care and earn extra.
- On-Time Delivery – Beat the clock and get rewarded for punctuality.
Avoid putting points into Product Type unless you’re aiming to diversify your load options. While it unlocks access to hazardous materials, it doesn’t offer direct income bonuses.
3. Proceed with Caution: Illegal Cargo
Tempted by the high-risk, high-reward world of Illegal Cargo? You’ll need to invest in prerequisite skills before these shady contracts become available. But beware—Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) can inspect your cargo manifest. If they catch illicit goods onboard, you could face serious consequences.
4. Roll Deep: Convoy System
Want to hit the road with friends? Use the Party tab to set up a convoy. Follow the prompts to create your group, or hit Join Party to link up with your crew. Convoys not only make the job more fun—they can also help coordinate multi-truck deliveries for maximum efficiency.

Drive smart. Upgrade wisely. And remember—every decision you make shapes your reputation on the road.
Managing Your Fleet: Building Your Trucking Empire
Once you’ve proven yourself on the road, it’s time to expand your operation. Trucks can be purchased through the Dealership tab, allowing you to build a fleet tailored to your hauling needs and ambitions.
At Level 5, you’ll unlock the ability to hire your first driver, and again at Level 10, you can bring another into your crew. Each driver must be assigned a truck from your fleet, so plan your purchases wisely. These drivers operate independently, but they rely on you to keep their rigs fueled and ready—check in on them periodically to ensure smooth operations.
Every 30 minutes, your hired drivers will generate passive income from completed deliveries. This income is automatically deposited into your Job Dashboard account, where you can monitor your earnings and manage your funds.
You can withdraw money from your job account into your personal bank account, or deposit funds back into the job account to purchase additional vehicles and expand your fleet.
From lone hauler to fleet boss—the road to success is paved with smart decisions and steady wheels.
